As they continue to grow and evolve, they are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role you will * Act as the primary point of contact for consumer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and social media channels. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers, ensuring their needs and concerns are understood and addressed. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information. * Identify recurring issues or trends and work with the team to implement improvements.
