Our client is an industry leading manufacturer of specialist equipment and they are looking to appoint a Customer Service Supervisor to act as a senior figure to a team of five executives. As Customer Service Supervisor, you must act proactively at all times, carrying out your duties in a professional and courteous manner and provide customers with regular updates on their projects. Customers frequently chase for updates on progress, timescales and delivery dates. You will be the central point of contact to answer those queries.

It is important you have prior experience in customer support, sales, projects or contracts focused roles.
