You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering support through phone, email, and chat. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the brand’s reputation. We are open to candidates who are looking for either full-time or part-time. Your Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally. Resolve customer complaints in a friendly, empathetic, and effective manner. Assist customers with product knowledge, order processing, returns, and technical support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Meet and exceed service quality and response time goals. The Requirements:: Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. Experience within an FMCG/Manufacturing business. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook). Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
