This is a high-impact role, responsible for ensuring our range is compliant, competitive, and commercially successful.
You will own product selection, supplier relationships, and the coordination of new product launches, ensuring efficiency and speed-to-market. The role includes regular engagement with suppliers and attendance at trade events, both in the UK and internationally.
Why This Role is Needed
As our supplier base and product portfolio expand, we need dedicated leadership to drive our branded product strategy. Currently, responsibilities are split across functions, which can lead to delays, inconsistent supplier communications, and inefficiencies.
This role will provide clear accountability, structure, and commercial rigour to our product and supplier management processes—essential for supporting our growth ambitions and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding, management, and performance of branded products across D2C, Amazon, and B2B channels.
- Build and manage relationships with global brand partners, ensuring alignment on growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with suppliers on exclusive products, updates, and commercial initiatives.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless and timely product launches.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, managing the flow of product data, assets, and updates.
- Monitor product and category performance, providing data-driven insights for range reviews and delist decisions.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from onboarding through to discontinuation.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a commercial product, buying, or category management role, ideally within health & wellness, vitamins, supplements, or FMCG.
- Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify product potential and emerging market trends.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- High attention to detail and an organised, structured approach to product pipeline management.
- Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Accelerate time-to-market for new product launches and range updates.
- Drive incremental revenue through smart product expansion strategies.
- Strengthen supplier relationships and improve our standing with brand partners.
- Improve operational efficiency by reducing delays and duplication of effort.
- Directly contribute to commercial targets, including growth, margin, and market share objectives.
This is a pivotal role that will help shape the next phase of our growth. If you’re commercially driven and passionate about product management within a fast-moving environment, we want to hear from you.
