Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across site equipment

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Key Requirements:

  • Electrically biased with relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a Maintenance Technician or similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong PLC fault finding and troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Good communication skills and a flexible attitude
