Futures are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business for a Logistics Operations Team Leader to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced logistics professional to take ownership of internal material flow, lead a dedicated team, and play a key role in keeping production running efficiently.

As the Logistics Operations Team Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day movement of materials and equipment across the manufacturing operation, ensuring production teams have everything they need, exactly when they need it. Working closely with suppliers, planners and internal stakeholders, you'll help optimise logistics processes while leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
