Key Responsibilities:- Carry out general building maintenance across the site, with a strong emphasis on joinery and carpentry works
- Undertake minor electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks (within competency and certification limits)
- Repair, modify, and install:
- Doors, frames, windows, flooring, partitions, and furniture
- Fixtures, fittings, and building fabric
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled building maintenance role
- Strong joinery / carpentry background (essential)
