We at Futures.Works sell career coaching services. To expand this service and make sure our clients get the help they deserve, we now need a remote career coach that does:
- Conduct a one hour deep dive intake interview with a client. Get to know, following our template: What do they want, where, when, for how much, type of role, blockers, etc. When you are done with the interview, optimize their CV using our EnhanCV account and send it to them.
- Send them jobs based on their location and preferences that you find on LinkedIn or Indeed or others.
- Before they apply, help them write their motivation for the role, use ChatGPT for this. Also use ChatGPT to make them a Mock Interview.
- Before they interview, provide them with background info on company, news, info on interviewers, send them the STAR interview prep file.
- Be in touch with them via WhatsApp until they land their job.
We pay you for each client before you start and this could earn you USD 2K a month easily without much effort. We offer two tiers to our clients:
- A deep dive interview + CV Optimization only
- A deep interview + CV Optimization and the rest.
If they only want an interview + CV optimization you will get paid USD / EUR 25 for one hour. If they want the whole thing, you will get paid USD / EUR 99.
