Production Team Leader (PTL) Location: Bognor Regis Opportunity Overview We are recruiting a high-potential, mid-career Production Team Leader who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. This role is designed for a hungry, dynamic, and forward-thinking individual with the ambition and capability to progress into a Business Unit Leader (BUL) position within 1–2 years. About the Role The Production Team Leader will ensure daily customer requirements are met in Quality, Delivery, and Cost (QDC), while driving continuous improvement and maintaining a safe and efficient operation.
