Our client, based in Chichester, is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Production Planner/Buyer to support their continued growth and success. In this exciting role, you\’ll play a key part in driving operational efficiency and ensuring seamless supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives Coordinate procurement of materials and components, ensuring timely availability Collaborate with production teams to optimise processes and maintain quality standards Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage stock to prevent shortages or excesses Analyse production data and trends to support continuous improvement initiatives Essential Skills and Experience: A strong background in manufacturing with a keen understanding of production processes and quality standards Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel  Excellent communication and organisational abilities to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders Strong mathematical and analytical skills to support forecasting, planning, and reporting A collaborative mindset, with a commitment to driving results and delivering outstanding customer service If you’re a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for manufacturing excellence and supply chain management, we want to hear from you
