We are seeking a dynamic, proactive Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to complement their high-performing team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll confidently manage a diverse caseload from initial instruction all the way through to post-completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of a full residential conveyancing caseload, covering freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Prepare and review contracts, title documents, and property searches with precision.
- Cultivate strong, professional relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers, and fellow solicitors.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and risk management protocols.
