A fantastic opportunity as arisen to join a leading industrial manufacturer within their flagship Yorkshire Site. The successful Reliability Manager will be responsible for the overall running of the manufacturing maintenance and reliability function. You will manage and supervise a team of Maintenance Engineers to ensure optimum performance throughout the factory. The ideal Engineering Manager will utilise TPM principles and Lean Manufacturing to increase efficiency throughout the plant, ensuring tasks are carried out in line with the companies safety policies.Reliability Manager – Key Duties – Manufacturing, Maintenance Engineer, Asset Care, Engineering Manager-Create and maintain a safe working environment-Carry out personal development plans with the team to monitor/improve performance-Regular coaching to team-Provide additional support to the Engineering/Site teams to ensure high levels of manufacturing performance-Participate in site improvement and support Lean manufacturing rollout-Responsible for the efficient management of the Engineering budget to maximise the business performance-Ensure all Maintenance and Engineering plans correspond with the national manufacturing/engineering/maintenance strategies-Strive to improve and recognise external developments (legislation/regulatory/technical standard)-Ensure plans are in place to manage the building, plant and other assets of the business-Cost reduction where possible/management of budgets-Delivery of project…
