Production Manager in Bradford

Futures Manufacturing are working with one of the largest manufacturer and distributors in the UK within their respective field. Due to a period of continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Production Manager who has worked within a fast‑paced high volume manufacturing environment and is used to implementing lean strategies while working to ISO standards.

Previous work experience in a lean manufacturing environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of continuous improvement. The Production Manager ultimately chosen for this role will come from a custom manufacturing background and be able to run a team of 45+ skilled workers.

• Oversee projects from start to finish managing stakeholders during the process.
• Reduce downtime of machinery.
• Ensure production levels are in line with targets and client expectations.
