  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Eager to learn and able to take instruction and feedback
  • Experience using hand-held tools is essential (college, work experience, construction, or strong DIY background)
  • Good communication skills — able to speak professionally with customers and work well in a team
  • Common sense and a practical approach to problem-solving on site
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting, carrying, and being on your feet)
  • A full UK driving licence is an advantage, but we understand this may not be possible yet due to age/experience
  • You must be able to get to Rougham each morning to start work and return to Rougham at the end of the day
  • You must have a plan and commitment to gaining a full UK driving licence as you progress
