We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Trainee Project Controller to join our construction team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in document control and project administration within the construction industry. You will support the management, organization, and distribution of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and client standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and filing of project documents (drawings, reports, contracts, and correspondence).
- Maintain document control systems, ensuring documents are correctly logged, tracked, and archived.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are properly recorded and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
- Support version control processes to ensure teams are working with the latest documents.
- Liaise with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors regarding document submissions and updates.
- Perform regular audits to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the implementation of document control procedures and best practices.
