Newmarket is a unique and historic market town. It has many fine listed buildings, attractive shopping, varied recreational facilities and a variety of hotels, restaurants and cafes. Newmarket Town Council is a forward looking organisation working for the benefit of the residents of the town.

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated individual with a proactive outlook and strong interpersonal, administration and organisational skills to join our small team as a Receptionist/Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Town Clerk
  • Support the Deputy Town Clerk
  • Support the Events Manager
  • Support the Town Keepers
