We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop skills in business systems, process improvement, automation, data analysis and digital transformation.

Working closely with the Business Systems & Automation team, you will help identify opportunities to improve business processes, reduce manual tasks, develop reporting solutions and support the implementation of business systems across the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, an interest in technology and a desire to learn how businesses can use data and automation to work more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement
  • Learn and understand existing business processes across different departments.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and manual activities.
  • Assist in documenting current and future business processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
  • Automation & Digital Solutions
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Support the creation of Power Automate workflows to automate manual business processes.
  • Help develop and enhance Power Apps applications.
  • Participate in testing and deployment of new solutions.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with data validation and quality checks.
  • Help identify trends and insights from business data.
  • Support users in understanding and using business reporting tools.
  • Systems Support
  • Assist users with business system queries and issues.
  • Help maintain documentation and user guides.
  • Support system upgrades, testing and implementation activities.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Learning & Development
  • Undertake relevant training and qualifications.
  • Develop knowledge of business systems, automation technologies and data analytics.
  • Build skills in requirements gathering, solution design and project delivery.
