Banbury Campus (Wykham Park Academy and Futures Institute - STEM Studio School) are seeking an exceptional Vice Principal, with the vision, drive and ambition to lead our campus in the next stage of our journey. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive further the accomplishments and rapid improvement the campus has secured in recent years, in all areas, as a result of strong strategic leadership, aligned with the vision and values of the Aspirations Academies Trust.
The successful candidate will be a values driven leader, with the belief that every young person can achieve, regardless of starting point or circumstance. You will be a visible and credible leader, with high levels of emotional intelligence and work with ambition, resilience, tenacity and respect for all. You will be a strategic thinker, with all work rooted in strong systems and structures. Above all, you will value an uncompromising belief in high standards for all.
You will work closely with the Principals at Wykham Park Academy, Futures Institute School, and the wider senior leadership team, who work across campus, to provide strong operational leadership. You will ensure that systems and structures are effective, upheld with fidelity, and that excellent practice every day translates to strong outcomes for students.
