We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Part-Time Librarian and Reprographics Assistant to join our friendly support staff team. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the school, combining the promotion of reading and literacy with the coordination of high-quality printed resources that support teaching and learning across the academy.
The successful candidate will create a welcoming and inspiring library environment, encourage a love of reading among students, and provide an efficient reprographics service to staff. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people, thrives on organisation and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Serve as Part-Time Librarian and Reprographics Assistant, supporting learning across the academy.
- Promote reading and literacy; maintain an inviting library environment.
- Coordinate high-quality printed resources to support teaching and learning.
- Provide efficient reprographics services to staff; ensure timely delivery of printed materials.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Enthusiastic, organised and proactive approach; ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills and a dedication to supporting students and staff.
- Experience with library operations and reprographics is desirable.
- Commitment to safeguarding and the ability to undergo appropriate checks (DBS, KCSIE).
