We seek to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic Lead Practitioner of Maths with a strong commitment to securing the best possible outcomes for the students for whom we work, starting as soon as possible. Maths is thriving at Wykham Park Academy. We teach a rigorous, knowledge‑based broad and balanced curriculum. With a clear focus on both the self‑worth of students and excellent outcomes, you will work to further drive up attainment, progress and standards at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, as well as developing our students’ love of learning and enhancement of their cultural capital.
The Academy is recruiting for someone who shares our drive to engage and motivate every child to achieve their potential. The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher of maths who will also play an important pastoral role in leading an Academic Mentoring (Tutor) group.
