Wykham Park Academy in Banbury, Oxfordshire, is seeking an experienced Deputy Welfare Manager to join our pastoral team. You will work with the Welfare Manager, DS Leaders, staff, parents and external agencies to promote student welfare, safeguarding, attendance and wellbeing, coordinating early intervention and targeted support to remove barriers to learning. You will lead on individual student plans, contribute to safeguarding processes, attend multi‑agency meetings, supervise reintegration.
