Were looking for a Risk Business Partner to help us keep risk management real, useful and embedded across Futures.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with different teams, building strong relationships, and helping colleagues make informed decisions with confidence.

In this role, youll support the development of our risk and assurance frameworks, work closely with teams across the business, and provide constructive advice and challenge where it matters.

Youll help make sure our risk registers are meaningful, our controls are effective, and our leadership teams have the insight they need to understand risk, opportunity and assurance.

Youll also play a key part in growing a positive risk-aware culture, helping colleagues understand how good risk management supports great services, better decision making, and an effortless customer experience.

A few key points from our role profile: Youll act as the lead for risk management business partnering across teams and services, supporting the development of risk and assurance frameworks at service and operational levels.

Youll work with colleagues to identify, assess and manage risks, making sure risk registers stay current, useful and aligned to priorities.

Youll support meetings, steering groups and project boards by helping teams spot risks early, plan mitigations and keep things moving in the right direction.

Youll provide clear advice, constructive challenge and practical guidance to colleagues and senior leaders. ?
