As one of our apprentices, you'll be mentored by professional tradespeople committed to giving you the best possible start in your career. You'll not only learn the technical part of the role but, of equal importance, you'll learn how we put our customers at the heart of everything we do, every step of their own Futures journey.
You’ll take great pride in your work, wanting to showcase your eye for detail in the quality service you provide during this amazing chance to gain excellent knowledge and skills in repairs and maintenance. We’re looking for safety aware, detail focused apprentices with motivation to succeed in a role where no two days are the same. Ideally, you’ll have a full UK driving licence or be working towards gaining one and level 1 Functional skills in Maths and English or GCSE equivalent.
Our Daventry Repairs Depot is located on Sopwith Way, NN11 8PB, and is home to our friendly and supportive team looking after our Northamptonshire properties. We’re currently offering the following apprenticeships: 2 Joiner Carpenters 2 year placement.

Your weekly hours would be 37, Mon - Thurs 8:00am till 4:00pm, Fri 8:00am till 3:30pm with 30 minutes break for lunch. You’ll also get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and concessionary days holiday at Christmas and be paid monthly.
