Futures Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join the Repairs team in Daventry. Youll visit customers’ homes and perform bricklaying and carpentry tasks as part of a two-person crew, using a company van during the day.
A full driving licence is essential, and C&G/NVQ Level II in Roofing, Bricklaying or Carpentry is preferred but not mandatory. Youll work to high standards, minimise disruption, and follow Health & Safety guidelines to deliver real customer value with pride in a job
