We are on the hunt for an Assets Liaison Administration Officer to support our growing Assets Management team. Are you ready to join us in delivering our vision of "Providing quality homes and services for better futures"? You will be looking for variety in your next role, as no two days will be the same. You will ensure works are completed, the sustainability of works programmes, investigate complaints, and provide diary management for the team, to name but a few! You will work closely with local authorities, attend customer visits, and support our customers, ensuring they are at the heart of everything you do. Your great ICT and communication skills will be an asset in this role, and you will need a driving licence and access to a car, as you will have a mix of desk-based and field duties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for customers whilst works are undertaken.
- Customer liaison duties to support the delivery of the sustainability works programme (site, office, and home-based).
- Manage end-to-end decant process to provide an effortless customer experience.
- Manage the Assets team CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Investigate complaints, expressions of dissatisfaction, and claims for compensation, through to outcome.
Requirements:
- ICT and communication skills as an asset for the role.
- Driving licence and access to a car for a mix of desk-based and field duties.
- Ability to work with local authorities, attend customer visits, and support customers.
