This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is curious, motivated and excited by how digital solutions, process improvement and business change can improve everyday experiences. If you enjoy asking questions, solving problems, exploring better ways of working and want to build a career in business analysis, this could be a great opportunity.
In this role, you'll help shape digital and service improvements by:
- spotting ways to simplify processes and improve experiences
- gathering business requirements and mapping processes
- supporting user‑centred digital solutions and testing
- contributing to business change activity and project delivery
- building your knowledge of systems, data, automation and AI
- working with colleagues to develop practical, effective solutions
You're curious, enthusiastic and excited by the idea of improving how things work for customers and colleagues. You enjoy solving problems, asking questions, building positive relationships and bringing information together to spot opportunities for improvement. You’ll need strong communication skills and an interest in business requirements, process improvement or business analysis. A relevant Level 3 qualification is essential, along with a commitment to complete the Level 4 Business Analysis Apprenticeship. Experience or understanding of the housing sector would be helpful, but it's definitely not a dealbreaker!
This is more than an apprenticeship — it's a development opportunity to build valuable skills and experience in a team that is focused on improvement, innovation and making a real impact. You’ll be supported to learn, grow and build your confidence while gaining practical experience across digital operations, business change and service improvement. We offer a great range of benefits including private healthcare options, mileage, discount schemes and a strong emphasis on health and wellbeing. We’re also proud to hold Investors in People Platinum status and to support flexible, inclusive ways of working.
