We are looking for a special someone who'll take responsibility for the first impression of a customer's new home. As you close the door behind you, you'll want the next person walking through it to see your achievements. As part of our dedicated team, no two days will be the same as you will also provide a relief service to ensure our general, communal areas and community centres are tip-top too. You'll need your full driving licence and relevant experience in a similar role, and most importantly want to work hard to get the job done.

- Undertake the internal and external cleaning to properties and associated areas i.e. Office stores, Yard, communal areas, community centres etc.
- Undertake the cleaning of Damp and Mould in customers' homes
- Undertake other duties as requested by the Supervisor(s)/Company Manager
- Assist in the general decorating of dwellings.
- Keep accurate vehicle, plant equipment and work programme records.
- Ensure waste is managed in line with the business certified environmental system.
