You’ll be a great communicator as you’ll liaise with customers and Work Planners to ensure the high standard of plastering in our homes. To be considered you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum NVQ level 2 or City & Guilds of equivalent in Plastering.
  • Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety issues relating to repairs & maintenance & construction trades.
  • A full UK driving licence.

You’ll have access to one of our company vans for visiting homes and you’ll love the variety this role brings. Above all, you’ll take pride in a job well done, knowing that you’ve made a real difference to our customers.

  • Minimise disruption to customers and ensure compliance with safe methods of working in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act, Building Regulations & FHG’s Health, Safety and Environment Policy.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Supervisory/administration and management staff passing on information, concerns, and problems regarding any job.
  • Attend pre-arranged responsive repair appointments to carry out work or contact customers directly to make access arrangements.

Your weekly hours of work would be 37, Mon - Thurs 8:00am till 4:00pm, Fri 8:00am till 3:30pm with a 30-minute break for lunch, paid monthly.
