This is a great opportunity to use your building maintenance and construction background in a hands-on role.

You will work with the team on joinery repairs and replacements, delivering a polished, tidy finish in and around customers' homes. You will take pride in high-quality workmanship and be friendly and helpful, just what's needed when working in our customers' homes.

You will need to have:

  • Knowledge and skills to carry out a range of carpentry and joinery works as your main trade
  • Skills across other trades (desirable)

  • A full UK driving licence (company van provided)

A few key points from our role profile:

  • Carry out a range of joinery repair and replacement works (plus some multi-skilled tasks) in and around domestic properties
  • Work safely and minimise disruption to customers, following agreed methods of working and relevant safety requirements
  • Keep in touch with supervisors and support teams, sharing updates and raising any issues early

What we will do for you:

Your weekly hours are 37: Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. You will be paid monthly and you will get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, as well as concessionary leave over Christmas. If you're successful, you'll be joining a supportive organisation with an amazing culture. We offer competitive benefits with a big emphasis on health and well-being.
