ARE PEOPLE YOUR STRONG SUIT? Due to secondment, were on the hunt for a Communities Team Leader to take the reins for 9 to 12 months covering our Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire area. Are you hunting for a new challenge with an ambitious organisation and ready to join us on our mission to deliver Great Places, Great Services, and Great Tomorrows. In a nutshell, we want someone who has the people skills and vision to provide positive, effective and innovative leadership to the Communities Service. On top of that, we need someone to manage the delivery of an effective, customer focused tenancy and estate management service which responds directly to customer demand. Youll manage an agile team who work out in our communities, encouraging customer engagement opportunities and feedback to ensure the shaping of our services, continuous development and improvement. Our new Communities Team Leader will be: An inspiring leader youre a natural communicator, able to manage the service through engagement and by inspiring everyone in the team.
