Our client, a well known manufacturer based on the outskirts of Leeds is looking to appoint an experienced and hands-on Production Team Leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing business. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading by example, driving performance, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for managing production processes, motivating your team, solving problems in real time, and ensuring daily targets are consistently achieved. Roles Responsibilities Lead and supervise a production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, providing support, coaching, and direction throughout each shift. Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. Ensure all manufacturing processes are followed consistently and standard operating procedures are adhered to. Promote and maintain a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all Health Safety policies and procedures.
