We are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to support schools on a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible.
You will work closely with school leaders and managers, providing practical HR advice and supporting effective people management across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Provide advice on employee relations, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability matters.
Support leaders with workforce planning, recruitment and retention.
Coach managers to handle people matters confidently and consistently.
Support organisational change and the implementation of HR policies.
Promote staff wellbeing and positive working relationships.
Help ensure HR practices reflect employment legislation and safeguarding requirements.
The ideal candidate
Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar advisory role.
Previous experience working in a Multi Academy Trust or School
Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
The ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders and managers.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Experience within education or a multi-site organisation would be advantageous.
