Job Description

We are seeking support staff to support a young lady with learning disabilities with their community hours based in Kidderminster. Your main roles will be supporting the individual to access community areas and engage in meaningful activities. Responsibilities will also include assisting the individual with their personal care, administration of medication, meal preparation, finances and genuine house duties.

Training and Incentives

Support Staff will be issued with a paid training incentive when attending face to face training and when required client specific training.
