We’re partnering with a global SaaS company operating in a highly complex, data-rich environment, looking to hire a UX Design Manager to lead a growing team and shape the next generation of their core product offering.

This is a pure management role, leading a team of 8 designers across London and North America, with responsibility for driving UX quality, team development, and design strategy across a critical product line.

The Role

You’ll lead design for a key platform that is evolving from an internal-facing system into a customer-facing product, enabling users to manage and configure services autonomously. This is a high-impact piece of work, involving:

  • Complex workflows
  • Data-heavy interfaces
  • Scalable design system implementation
  • Long-term product evolution (multi-year roadmap)

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and research to define problems, shape solutions, and ensure a consistently high standard of UX output across the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and mentoring a team of UX/UI designers across multiple locations
  • Driving UX strategy across a complex SaaS product
  • Partnering with product and engineering to shape direction, not just deliver requirements
  • Embedding strong UX practices, processes, and ways of working
  • Facilitating workshops and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Championing user-centred design across the organisation
  • Supporting the evolution and adoption of a design system
  • Contributing to hiring and scaling the design team over time

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing and growing design teams
  • Background as a hands-on designer earlier in your career
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or complex platforms
  • Experience designing for dashboards, data visualisation, and workflow-heavy products
  • Ability to operate strategically while maintaining a high bar for execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Additional Info

  • 4-stage interview process
  • No visa sponsorship available

We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. We also understand that some people require extra time to complete assessments, require alternative application methods and can also benefit from having interview questions or a guide to the type of questions pre-interview. We are open to any suggestions or requests that you may have and are always looking for creative ways to assess talent. Our commitment to you is that you should always feel safe and secure when you’re working with us.
