We're looking for an Experience Strategist to join a multidisciplinary design consultancy that helps organisations make sense of complex challenges, uncover opportunities and create better products, services and experiences. The work spans digital transformation, innovation, customer experience, service design and emerging technologies, often with organisations tackling significant change.
You would be joining a small senior team working directly with clients to understand problems before solutions are defined. You’ll likely be working today in a service design consultancy, innovation consultancy, experience consultancy, design strategy team or customer experience practice. You may be a Service Designer who increasingly finds yourself leading discovery and shaping recommendations. Equally, you might be an Experience Strategist or Design Strategist looking for more influence and broader exposure.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading discovery and research initiatives
- Conducting stakeholder interviews and qualitative research
- Synthesising complex information into actionable insight
- Facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions
- Mapping customer, service and organisational experiences
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, improvement and transformation
- Developing strategic recommendations and future‑state propositions
- Helping clients align around priorities and direction
We're looking for people who:
- Have experience in experience strategy, service design, design strategy, innovation consulting or a related discipline
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity
- Have strong research, synthesis and storytelling skills
- Can facilitate conversations with senior stakeholders
- Understand how customer needs, business goals and organisational realities intersect
- Enjoy helping people make decisions rather than simply producing deliverables
We encourage applicants from all backgrounds.
