We're looking for a Recruiter to help scale our growing Public Sector offering, working on a cross-disciplinary desk spanning Engineering, User Centred Design & Product Delivery. This role offers ownership and autonomy to grow a 360-degree recruitment dual desk working alongside a small but high performing recruitment team.

We're currently searching for a Recruitment Consultant to work with our clients engaging the public sector. For this role we are ideally looking for someone with existing knowledge in hiring technical, user centred design and product delivery roles. Experience of having hired into the public sector, or having worked with a client base comprising digital and transformation consultancies is a real plus.
We are looking for someone to be client and community facing. We run, attend and partner on lots of events with our client and candidate community, so anyone joining this team will need to enjoy networking IRL, building communities, and hosting events.
