About the Company

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling retail tech company that’s reimagining how physical retailers manage and scale their operations. Founded by two industry experts who once relied on messy spreadsheets to manage stock, this team is building a powerful, AI‑supported platform that helps fashion brands run smarter, faster, and more efficiently. Now four years in and heading toward a Series B funding round next spring, the company is hitting a milestone moment: evolving from agile startup to a mature, thoughtful product organisation.

The Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll join a small but mighty design team shaping a data‑dense enterprise platform into something elegant, intuitive, and truly enjoyable to use. You’ll be hands‑on across the entire product experience, finessing the new design system, refining the look and feel, and evolving the interaction patterns that make complexity feel effortless. You’ll collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer, two remote designers, and London‑based engineers to bring structure, quality, and craft to a product that’s becoming central to how retailers operate worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Apply brilliant UI craft to a recently overhauled design system—polish, refine, and unify.
  • Solve tricky UX challenges around data‑heavy, enterprise‑style workflows.
  • Design for an AI‑supported environment, balancing efficiency with clarity.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on a major consolidation feature due for release next year.
  • Help define and scale design foundations across the platform.
  • Champion usability, visual consistency, and thoughtful interaction design.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3‑4 years’ experience designing for complex SaaS or B2B platforms (enterprise or internal tools ideal).
  • A strong bias toward UI craft—keen eye for detail, spacing, motion, and visual systems.
  • Experience simplifying rich data and workflows into clean, usable interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools.
  • Comfort working in a team without a dedicated research function—able to test, think, and iterate quickly.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, or logistics products is a bonus, not a must.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Shape a platform transforming how retailers operate behind the scenes.
  • Join a team in an exciting growth phase—hands‑on, mission‑driven, and collaborative.
  • Work closely with a CPO who champions design and quality.
  • Partner with creative people who value openness, craft, and curiosity.

We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. We also understand that some people require extra time to complete assessments, require alternative application methods and can also benefit from having interview questions or a guide to the type of questions pre‑interview. We are open to any suggestions or requests that you may have and are always looking for creative ways to assess talent. Our commitment to you is that you should always feel safe and secure when you’re working with us.
