A London‑based brand consultancy is looking for a Midweight Brand Designer to join their growing creative team. They work at the intersection of culture, design, and organisational change partnering with ambitious brands across sectors. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative studio environment, working closely with a Design Director and senior design team who values strong concepts, careful craft, and culturally aware thinking.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting brand identity projects end‑to‑end: research, moodboarding, concepting, design systems & rollout.
  • Producing high‑quality frames and motion‑adjacent assets for short films and presentations.
  • Working closely with senior designer to refine ideas and deliver standout creative.
  • Contributing fresh thinking to critiques, workshops, and collaborative sessions.

What They’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years experience in a fast‑paced creative or branding agency.
  • Basic experience with motion (enough to build and compile strong visual frames).
  • A sharp eye for typography, layout, colour, and brand systems.
  • Someone proactive, curious, and culturally engaged, a designer who thinks beyond visuals and understands brand storytelling.
  • A self‑starter who’s comfortable taking responsibility and pushing work forward.
