We're looking for a UX Designer to help shape digital experiences for a major player in financial services. You'll design seamless, data-rich workflows within a mature product ecosystem, simplifying how customers manage everyday banking tasks. Expect a mix of structured discovery, hands-on prototyping, and iterative delivery alongside an established product and engineering team.

What you'll do:

  • Translate complex service flows into intuitive, accessible user journeys across responsive web experiences.
  • Define interaction patterns and prototypes that bring clarity to multi-step processes and data-heavy tasks.
  • Conduct quick research loops and usability testing to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity early.
  • Collaborate with researchers, product owners, and engineers to ensure user intent is reflected through delivery.
  • Work within a large-scale design system, contributing patterns, improving documentation, and maintaining consistency across journeys.
  • Design for accessibility from the outset, aligning with WCAG 2.2 standards and inclusive design principles.

What we're looking for:

  • 4 years' experience designing complex, transactional digital products or services.
  • Background in financial, data-driven, or enterprise-scale environments.
  • Strong grounding in core UX disciplines: IA, interaction design, and user research synthesis.
  • Confident in translating insights into practical design solutions that scale.
  • Experienced collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams with structured delivery practices.
