Role Overview
This role sits between the sales and marketing team and the technical delivery team. You will be the client facing consultant responsible for shaping opportunities, translating complex concepts into clear language and supporting the conversion of high value engagements. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business including Operations and Growth. The role is suited to an ambitious consultant who combines commercial instinct with technical credibility. You will be involved in opportunities that involve significant investment from clients, so strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic and subject matter expert in client conversations relating to data, analytics and AI
- Understand how client data and AI stacks fit together and identify gaps, risks and opportunities
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible explanations for non-technical stakeholders
- Support the sales team in developing proposals and closing high value engagements
- Build long term relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor
- Work with delivery teams to ensure solutions are clearly defined and that client expectations are aligned
- Contribute to audits, research work and diagnostics and help turn insights into clear recommendations
- Help shape opportunity framing and commercial positioning for mid cap and enterprise clients

- Experience in consulting or professional services within data, analytics or AI
- Strong understanding of how data pipelines, analytics tools and AI models are used within large organisations
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders across both business and technical functions
- Commercially aware with experience supporting or influencing complex sales cycles
- Skilled at translating technical information into business outcomes
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing consultancy environment
