We’re working with a fast-growing B2B AI company on a Senior / Lead Creative Designer role and it’s a lovely one for someone who wants their work to stretch beyond brand identity into campaigns, comms, launch work, website, product storytelling and visual systems. They’ve built a product used by a large global customer base to help businesses find, reach and convert customers. It looks simple from the outside, but underneath there’s a lot going on across AI, automation, customer data, deliverability, campaign tooling and product workflows.

They’re now at the point where the brand needs to catch up with the scale and ambition of the product. This is mainly a brand and communications design role, not a product design role dressed up as one. You’d be helping shape how the company shows up across campaigns, launches, landing pages, sales materials, social, content and broader customer-facing touchpoints. There may be some product‑facing visual work too, but only where it helps the overall experience feel more joined up.

The useful bit: this is not a role where everything is already polished and you’re just colouring inside the lines. There’s room to bring more taste, clarity, consistency and character to a business that already has serious commercial momentum.

You’ll probably be a good fit if you have:

  • Senior or lead‑level experience across brand, visual or communications design
  • Strong craft across typography, layout, colour, hierarchy and composition
  • Experience designing for tech, SaaS, AI, fintech, productivity tools or complex digital products
  • A portfolio with thoughtful brand and communications work, not just asset production
  • Good judgement around making B2B design feel distinctive without making it cold or overworked
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and shaping loose briefs into strong creative direction
