We're looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join an established design consultancy, working on complex challenges across digital products, services and emerging technologies. This role combines the strategic thinking often associated with service design and experience strategy with the hands-on design craft of interaction and product design.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading experience design projects from discovery through to delivery
- Running workshops with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Translating research and insight into clear experience concepts
- Designing journeys, interactions, services and digital products
- Creating prototypes and artefacts that help teams make decisions
- Working closely with strategists, researchers and technologists
- Presenting work to senior stakeholders and guiding discussions
- Helping shape project direction rather than simply responding to briefs
We're looking for people who:
- Have experience in experience design, interaction design, UX design or product design
- Enjoy working across both strategic and delivery phases of projects
- Are comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging with clients
