Futureheads have exclusively partnered with a high‐growth FinTech building institutional infrastructure for digital assets, and we are looking for a Senior Back End Developer to join their team. This is a hands‐on leadership position where you'll work closely alongside the Business Owner and the Head of Engineering to spearhead the backend development of a B2B client‐facing exchange platform built in Rust.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead backend development for the B2B client‐facing exchange platform in Rust.
- Lead on functionality areas such as Market Making (MM), OTC Spot, Staking, and Loans.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver robust, scalable infrastructure.
Compensation & Location
The setup is hybrid in Paris (negotiable and could be remote first) with up to €110k bonus, supported by a strong engineering culture and a global footprint. Sponsorship is available for this position on a selective basis.
