Client: Consultancy/Public Sector

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Until 31st March 2026

Rate: £525/d inside of IR35

Location: Remote – Must be based in UK with full right to work

We're working with a leading tech consultancy that are seeking a contract Agile Delivery Manager to join them to work with a public sector client for a short engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support multifunctional agile teams, including developers, designers, researchers, and product owners.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand‐ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases.
  • Remove delivery obstacles and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Ensure the team delivers high‐quality products that meet user needs and adhere to public sector accessibility and security requirements.
  • Track and report delivery progress using appropriate agile metrics and delivery reports.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, priorities, and dependencies across teams and programmes.
  • Champion agile principles, coaching team members and stakeholders in agile ways of working.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must have recent experience of working with multifunctional teams within the UK public sector, focusing on digital products. All applicants must have full right to work in the UK.
