Full Stack Engineer who can own the product layer that turns AI capabilities into reliable, real‑world workflows.
The Role: This isn't a prompt‑engineering job. You'll be building systems that plan, fail gracefully, recover, and deliver consistent value to users at scale.
Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end AI‑native features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations
- Design agent workflows that handle multi‑step tasks, tool use, and failure recovery
- Integrate LLMs, memory, and external tools into production‑grade systems
- Tackle streaming, latency, and partial results without sacrificing output quality
- Build robust fallback and recovery mechanisms for when things go wrong
- Iterate based on real usage and real failure modes
Qualifications
- Strong full stack engineering across frontend and backend
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI‑powered products
- Sharp system design instincts and solid API architecture skills High ownership, someone who takes features from idea to production
