Senior Product Manager | Subscriptions & Shopify

We're partnering with a growing consumer subscription business looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the end-to-end subscriber experience across a Shopify-powered ecommerce platform.
This is a highly commercial role focused on driving subscriber growth, retention, customer lifetime value, and conversion performance. You'll work across the full customer lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve how customers discover, purchase, manage, and renew their subscriptions.
You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Retention, and Customer Experience teams, owning a roadmap that delivers measurable impact on both customer experience and business performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the subscription product roadmap, balancing customer needs with commercial objectives.
- Driving improvements across acquisition, onboarding, retention, churn reduction, and renewal journeys.
- Leading product discovery, prioritisation, experimentation, delivery, and optimisation.
- Developing and executing A/B testing strategies to improve key subscription metrics.
- Using customer insights and behavioural data to identify growth opportunities.
- Partnering with Marketing and Retention teams to improve subscriber engagement and lifetime value.
- Collaborating with Engineering and Design teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Defining performance metrics and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Managing relationships with key internal and external partners.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7+ years' Product Management experience within subscriptions, membership, recurring revenue, or DTC ecommerce environments.
- Strong experience working with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Proven track record of improving subscriber growth, retention, churn, and lifetime value.
- Deep understanding of conversion optimisation, experimentation, and customer journey management.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to drive product decisions.
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading complex initiatives.
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on revenue and business outcomes.
- Comfortable working autonomously within a fully remote environment.
