Full Stack Engineer - Product + AI focus
I'm working with a rapidly-growing UK B2C business looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a lean, high-impact engineering team. You'll be building customer-facing products while helping shape how the team uses AI as a core part of the software development process.

The role
- Build and iterate on customer-facing features, APIs and internal tooling using JavaScript / TypeScript
- Work across frontend and backend, taking ownership from initial scoping through to delivery
- Use AI as part of the development process to build, test and iterate on software
- Write clear technical specifications and review outputs against requirements and architectural intent
- Work with cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and deployment
- Contribute to observability, monitoring, alerting and platform reliability
- Support networking and infrastructure improvements where required
- Identify repetitive engineering work and decide what should be automated
- Apply strong testing, code quality and maintainability principles while moving quickly
- Balance customer impact, reliability and engineering velocity when deciding what to build
- Work collaboratively with engineering, product and wider business teams to understand problems and shape solutions
- Help improve how the team uses AI to make development more effective
