We're looking for a UX‐leaning Designer to join a UK‐based product team working on native mobile apps used daily by medical practitioners. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys solving real problems, working closely with users, and improving products that make a tangible difference. Your focus will be firmly on UX over visual polish. You'll be mapping journeys, prototyping flows, testing ideas, and solving real usability problems.

Why this role is worth your time:

  • You'll work on a meaningful product that helps clinicians do their jobs better
  • Strong UX culture: Senior UX Designer to learn from + dedicated User Researcher
  • You'll have space (and expectation) to run your own research
  • Well‐paid, flexible, and genuinely hybrid — in the office only when needed (less than once a week)
  • Thoughtful, pragmatic team who value clarity over ceremony

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing user‐centred solutions for native mobile apps and web
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys in Figma
  • Planning and running your own user research and usability testing
  • Working with and contributing to an existing design system
  • Helping solve complex problems and clearly articulating design decisions

What we're looking for:

  • Around 18+ months' experience in a UX or Product Design role
  • Strong UX, interaction design and problem‐solving skills
  • Comfortable designing for native mobile (iOS / Android)
  • Confident with Figma, prototyping, and journey mapping
  • Practical and happy working with distributed / remote teams
  • Curious, proactive, and keen to get close to users
