We're looking for a UXâleaning Designer to join a UKâbased product team working on native mobile apps used daily by medical practitioners. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys solving real problems, working closely with users, and improving products that make a tangible difference. Your focus will be firmly on UX over visual polish. You'll be mapping journeys, prototyping flows, testing ideas, and solving real usability problems.

- Practical and happy working with distributed / remote teams
- Curious, proactive, and keen to get close to users
