I'm working with a London-based product design studio specialising in AI-powered products. They're hiring a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of client work, design complex products end-to-end, and play a meaningful role in a growing team. This is a hands-on product role - you'll be designing, researching, prototyping, and collaborating closely with product and engineering. No layers. No hand-offs. Real responsibility.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Running discovery, research, and usability testing
- Turning insights into clear UX decisions, flows, and interaction models
- Designing high-quality UI for complex, data-rich products
- Contributing to and evolving client design systems
- Working directly with clients, engineers, and other designers
- Helping shape how the studio works as it continues to grow
Expect a mix of B2B platforms, AI-enabled tools, and data-heavy products.
Who this role is for:
You'll likely be a great fit if you:
- Have ~5β8 years of product design experience
- Are London-based or genuinely relocating, with clear UK right to work
- Have experience in client-facing roles (agency/consultancy)
- Have shipped real digital products - not just marketing or brand work
Skills that matter most:
- Comfortable running basic UX research without hand-holding
- Able to meaningfully contribute to design systems, not just use them
We're looking for 2β4 deep product case studies showing real problems, real constraints, strong UI, collaboration with engineering, and some indication of impact.
Hybrid working - 2 days per week in a central London office. Work closely with senior product and design leaders.
