This role is with a consultancy delivering impactful digital transformation in the public sector. They are looking for a Data Analyst to join a multidisciplinary product team to help measure, track and optimise digital services used by millions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and user-centred delivery — someone who can turn insights into outcomes and guide teams with clarity and evidence.

What You'll Do

  • Develop meaningful performance measurement frameworks (KPIs, OKRs, user need tracking)
  • Work with delivery teams to shape how success is defined and measured at each product lifecycle stage
  • Build insightful dashboards using Data Studio or similar tools to drive visibility and action
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to test hypotheses, visualise data compellingly, and make evidence-based decisions
  • Mentor junior team members, promote best practices, and uphold high data ethics and governance standards

What You'll Bring

  • Experience building and maintaining service performance dashboards
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, QlikView
  • Strong scripting in SQL, Python, or R
  • Ability to select the right data sources and interpret findings with clarity
  • Strong storytelling with data - using the right visuals for the right audience
  • A solid grasp of product development and how data fits across each phase
  • Eligible for Security Clearance (must have 5+ years' UK residency)
